“Fast and Furious” Guns Linked Back To 2010 Mexico Massacre

The Justice Department is in hot water after reports coming out of Mexico confirm that many deaths were caused by the guns associated with the Fast and Furious Operation, headed up by Attorney General Eric Holder.

A recent story has come out reporting that some of the operations guns were used in 2010, by Mexican drug cartels.  They burst into a birthday party killing 16 people, including bystanders.  They were targeting rival gang members who were attending the party, but innocent people were killed in the massacre as well.

Mexican officials have been identifying the guns, and claim that the guns that came in through the failed operation killed or injured around 300 Mexican citizens.

The relatives of the people who were killed are devastated and wondering is going to pay for all of this.  And depending on how things pan out in America, it could be the United States footing the bill.  It depends on if the family of former border patrol agent Brian Terry wins their wrongful death lawsuit against the government.  Terry was killed in December of 2010 in the Arizona desert, and guns linked to the failed operation were found at the murder scene.

Things continue to get worse with a report claiming that some of the operations guns were used in a 2009 massacre that killed 18 young men.  The massacre is claimed to have been ordered and carried out by a Mexican hit men.

At the Justice Department, one official has already resigned and another has retired after an inspector general report on the probe faulted many agencies for letting it all get out of hand.  Fourteen other officials were forwarded for possible disciplinary action.

But it is not stopping there.  Many people are calling for the resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder, or at the least, Pres. Obama should tell him to step down.

I do not believe that is likely, and I think that we will be stuck with Mr. Holder until we elect a new president and administration with it.  Only then will we possibly see Holder brought to justice for what he has done.
